Khaw Mee (Lao Stir Fried Noodles)
A delicious blend of noodles, light veggies and tofu, you can find this dish at many family gatherings and parties where Chef Mam is the featured chef. She boils the noodles to create a soft texture and also lightly fries tofu to provide a crispy bite. After a swift stir fry, fresh veggies and eggs are layered on top to complete the dish. Truly a local favorite.
