Beef Tibs with Injera Bread
Each bite of this delicious dish will melt in your mouth. It is a popular dish eaten during high holidays in Eritrea and Ethiopia. Chef Yebralem begins by reducing the butter to a golden brown color before adding onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Then, she removes the vegetables to focus her attention on preparing the steak. She slices tender beef into cubes and proceeds to brown each piece to perfection in her buttery marinade. After mixing the vegetables with the beef, she puts the mixture atop of a generous helping of injera bread. You will not be able to resist the buttery savory flavors!
