 Flavorful and easy to make, Doro Wat is a classic Eritrean stew. Chef Yebralem uses ginger, korarima spice, berbere spice, and garlic mixed with butter to create a robust thick sauce that she marinates the chicken legs with. Added in are soft hard boiled eggs with a semi-cooked yolk to add a rich creamy texture to the dish. The best way to enjoy this dish is to use a piece of spongy injera to scoop up all the unique flavors in one bite.
