One of Yebralem's favorite dishes growing up, its influence and name comes from the era when Italy occupied Ethiopia during a small period of time in the early 1900's. A mixture of fresh vegetables are steamed and sauteed together with a homemade garlic and tomato-rich sauce, creating the perfect tender and savory dish everyone can enjoy.
