Inspired from our original chicken butternut squash curry, we're happy to introduce our vegan version! Building upon the traditional Southeast Asian Thai curry the base of this curry is a butternut squash sauce that's been incorporated with slightly sweet coconut milk and red curry. With pillowy fried tofu mixed in, this warm and aromatic dish will fill you up and warm your soul.
