Homemade Hummus Platter with Pita & Assorted Veggies
This dish is no store-bought, American-style hummus. It is a fresh and authentic home-made Hummus that Chef Majed is proud to introduce to you. He makes it by blending up the main ingredient, chickpeas, and then adding in ingredients like tahini and a little bit of yoghurt to create a texture smoother than any hummus you’ve tried before. Like in Syria, Hummus is served with a drizzle of olive oil on top and plenty of veggies and pita on the side.
Ingredients: Chickpeas, olive oil, lemon, tahini, laban/yoghurt, garlic, side vegetables, and pita bread.
