Reshte Farangi (Iranian Noodle Soup)
Chef Mina's aromatic noodle soup is warm and hearty. She creates a base for the soup by combining pungent turmeric with zesty tomatoes and sweet peppers. She slowly incorporates seasonal mushrooms with savory onions and carrots to bring out all the fall flavors. Thin wheat noodles are, then, added to capture all the unique essences of the soup. Chef Mina loves to dip baked bread into the dish when she is enjoying it.
