Bamiatan with Pita (Mini Okra Saute)
We're excited to bring you this Bamiatan dish as it has a special place in Majed's heart. As a young child Majed grew up eating this dish made by his mother. The mini okra are sautéed with a light glaze of garlic and dried cilantro, creating just the right texture of tender and crispy okra. The finishing touch is a sprinkle of fresh chopped cilantro on top. It's a dish that reminds him of home and he's very happy to share this dish with you.
