Beef Tibs with Injera Bread
This dish will melt in your mouth upon consuming the first bite. It is a popular dish eaten during high holidays in Eritrea and Ethiopia. Chef Yebralem begins by reducing the butter to a golden brown color before adding onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Then, she removes the vegetables to focus her attention on the beef brisket. She slices the beef into cubes and proceeds to brown each piece to perfection. After mixing the vegetables with the beef, she puts the mixture a top of a generous helping of injera bread. You will not be able to resist the buttery savory flavors!
