Chef Yebralem's recipe starts with marinating thinly sliced steak in a special blend of seasoned butter, Berbere, Mitmita, and Korerima to create a unique buttery flavor with a hint of spice. The steak is then quickly sauteed to create a tender texture, and soon after fresh Roma tomatoes are added to develop a tart flavor with a hint of sweetness.
