Pancit (Crispy Pork Belly over Savory Rice Noodles)
One of the first dishes Chef Wing introduced to the Foodhini team, we couldn't stop eating the crispy pork belly. This dish starts with a 20 hour slow cooked broth made with chicken and assorted vegetables. Once ready, chef wing bathes rice noodles in the broth to create a rich and savory bed of noodles. The finishing touch are a few cuts of pork belly lightly pan fried with just the right amount of crunch and tenderness. We know you'll enjoy this dish!
