Sabzi Kuku (Savory Vegetable & Herb Pie)
This dish is normally served during the Persian New Year (Nowruz) to mark rebirth and fertility. Chef Mina particularly loves this dish, because it is made during fun holidays. She uses a variety of fresh herbs to create a heavenly aroma. Then, she binds the walnuts and the herbs with eggs before sprinkling little barberries on top. This dish can be enjoyed either hot or at room temperature. Chef Mina especially enjoys the dish by wrapping the Sabzi Kuku in some pita bread!
