Our recipe starts with marinating tender cuts of chicken thigh overnight in a savory & tangy homemade sauce, highlighted with lemon juice and dijon mustard. Fresh cut bell peppers and tomatoes are combined with the marinated chicken on skewers and then cooked to the perfect tenderness and smokey aroma. Our brochettes are wonderfully paired with fluffy seasoned yellow rice and a rich tomato dipping sauce.
